Finding Prices and How to Order

it is similar only you use order number instead of part number
or bb#. You will find this at the very top of the screen when the
page fully loads in either the accessory catalog or the parts catalog.

New for this year
If any of your Sierra items are special order
it takes about four weeks to get here from the factory for those items. To speed up your order
we will have it drop shipped direct from the factory for FREE.
Excludes Anchors, Float Drums, Lifts and Docks, Tires, Wheels,
Windshields, and oil.
These items will incur an additional charge. All tires and wheels
have an additional $20 charge for shipping.
Other oversized
and heavier items such as antennas, pontoon boat seats,
downriggers, trolling motors, outriggers, radars, tanks and dock boxes
might also have an additional shipping charge.
International Shipping
International shipping must be quoted on a order by order basis.
Here is a list below of the countries that Pay Pal services and that we will
ship to if there are no restrictions on the item. To get an idea of the
extra International shipping cost you can go to the USPS Web Site (Click
Here ) http://ircalc.usps.gov/ and look up your country, then guess at the weight and the
insurance value in the Priority Mail® International category then add
$9.95 to cover our time to pickup the part, fill out the international paper work , and stand in line at the post office. When you
order, I will send you a payment request for the difference to cover International shipping.
Please make sure you have a working e-mail address with paypal.
The Priority Mail® International now has tracking to most
countries for you. All that it is good for is to tell you that it has left the USA. I have no way to track it once
it has left the USA. Always first check with your local post office, custom house and next-door neighbors before
giving up on a delivery.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees: Customs procedures and charges vary from country to country Boating Buddy is not responsible for any costs, delays or problems caused by shippers or customs once the shipment leaves our warehouse. All costs associated with importation are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be collected at time of customs clearance and/or upon delivery in destination country. Import costs are not included in merchandise price or shipping charges. Please check with your local officials to get a cost estimate before placing your order. If customs and duties are not paid, goods will be abandoned and no refund given.
No Tax
You pay no sales tax, except in Minnesota.
We are not required to collect sales and use tax on deliveries throughout the US, except
in Minnesota.

Cancel an order
Please email us
Most orders are shipped within a few hours after being placed. If your
order has already been shipped, simply refuse the order upon delivery(does
not apply to international orders).
Returns
All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking charge (30% on special orders) and you pay the return
shipping. There are no returns allowed on any electronic parts and they must be received by us within 60 days of the ordering date.
If more than 60 days from date of order you will receive a store credit.
Return Requirements
Request a return authorization
Returned products must be in brand new, mint condition and the refund
is on the product cost only. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton.
Please note that the warranty card must not be filled out. Any Blister packed items or products that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition.
There are no returns allowed on any electronic parts.
Returns must be received by BoatingBuddy.com within 14 calendar days after
email date of your RMA and within 60 days of the ordering date. If more than 60 days from date of order you
will receive a store credit.
